What we collect

When you create a Deske business account we collect your name, email, business details, and any phone numbers or scheduling data you choose to import. When Deske answers calls on your line, call audio, transcripts, and metadata are stored to deliver the service.

How we use it

To provide Deske features: answering calls, booking appointments, sending SMS confirmations, and surfacing call activity in your admin portal. We do not sell your data.
