Numbers Deske provisions

When a practice signs up for Deske, we may provision a local phone number on their behalf via Twilio. The number is assigned to the practice's account for use while their account is active.

Ownership

Practices do not own Deske-provisioned numbers. Numbers are operated by Deske on behalf of the practice while their account is active.

Porting

Number ownership transfer (porting out to another carrier) is not guaranteed and requires separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

Practices may not use Deske-provisioned numbers for spam, fraud, prohibited content, or any messaging that violates carrier policy or applicable law.

Account termination

Numbers may be released back to the carrier after account termination or non-payment.
