250 min ≈ 150–180 calls at an average call length of 1:20–1:50. If you go over, it’s $0.50 / minute billed at month-end. We email you a heads-up at 80% and 100% of your pool.

What counts as a minute?

Only the time Aria actually spends talking with a patient counts. Ringing, SMS, and your team’s own calls don’t touch your pool.

The average call we handle runs 1:20–1:50, so 250 included minutes covers roughly 150–180 calls a month.

Patient calls — inboundCounts

From the moment Aria picks up to the moment the patient hangs up. Including hold time within the call.

Aria-initiated outbound callsCounts

When Aria calls a patient back (e.g. to confirm a time). Billed from the moment the patient answers.

Overflow-to-voicemailCounts

If a caller opts to leave a voicemail, the time spent recording the voicemail counts.

Ringing before answerNo charge

Time spent ringing before Aria answers doesn't count — the clock starts when the call is connected.

SMS messagesNo charge

Confirmations, reminders, and two-way patient texts are not voice minutes. SMS is included in your plan at no extra charge.

Your team’s outbound callsNo charge

If a staff member calls a patient from their own phone (not through Deske), that never counts toward your pool.

Pricing questions

The billing questions we hear most.

What happens if I go over 250 minutes?
Each additional minute is $0.50, billed at the end of your monthly cycle. You can monitor your usage from the billing section of your admin dashboard.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. There's no contract — you change or cancel any time inside the app. If we add new tiers, switching is one click.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The phone number is included, the agent voice is included, the booking page is included. Your first invoice is the $200 monthly rate (plus any overage minutes if you went past 250).
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
What if I cancel mid-month?
You keep access through the end of the current billing period and aren't charged again. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months — but we don't lock you in either, so you can cancel the day after a renewal and ride it out.
Do you charge for the phone number?
No. The local number we provision in your area code is included for as long as you're on Deske.
